TLM SOLUTIONS has developed the Site and the Application (as defined in the Lobster Terms & Conditions) which consist in deploying a secured technical infrastructure, accessible via the Site, allowing Users to deposit digital assets into decentralized smart contracts, acting as vaults, managed by autonomous algorithms to generate financial returns.
In this context, this Privacy Policy describes why and how we may collect and use Personal Information and provides information about individuals’ rights in relation to Personal Information.
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to set out in an accountable and transparent way the collection and use of information by TLM SOLUTIONS.

In order to benefit from the services available on the Application, each User must connect her/his User’s Wallet (as defined in the Lobster Terms & Conditions) to the Application. A User’s Wallet means the non-custodial Wallet, i.e., whose cryptographic private key is owned only by the User, e.g., Metamask (https://metamask.io/).
FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, THE COMPANY IS UNABLE TO IDENTIFY YOU THROUGH YOUR WALLET CONNECTION AND DOES NOT OFFER ANY SOLUTION FOR GENERATING WALLETS OR KEEPING THEIR CRYPTOGRAPHIC PRIVATE KEYS. THEREFORE, WHEN ENGAGING WITH OUR SERVICES, THE COMPANY NEITHER COLLECTS NOR UTILIZES YOUR PERSONAL DATA.
